Building the greenhouse
The Winter Bounty Project is all-volunteer. We are members of five households in or near Stanfordville, New York.
Although we are not professional farmers or gardeners, several of our group are experienced home gardeners. A few of us are pure novices, who joined the project because we’re excited about the possibility of growing our own food, especially in the winter.
After 3 years of watching your progress, finally stopped by. Met Logan, and was very impressed with your “abilities”. I am sure that it takes 5 families to consume what you produce, it’s really impressive that we can grow all year in the Hudson Valley.
